“When we started interviewing with different piano teachers 2 years ago, we found Da Capo Music where at that time, the studio was still under construction. We had a couple zoom meetings with teacher Crystal and Amanda to learn about their qualifications and teaching methods. We have decided to work with them. Teacher Crystal has been teaching my daughter for 1 1/2 years now, my daughter has made very good progress working on her level 3 for next year. Teacher Crystal is always been very encouraging to my daughter to participate in recitals and competition. Her teaching method is structural, thorough, and thoughtful about picking the right piano pieces for my daughter to play, tailored to her strengths and weaknesses. “My daughter started her piano journey here by taking Ms. Amanda's group piano lesson about two years ago when the school just started. Parents need to sit aside due to the young age of kids. Both of me and my daughter enjoyed the lesson! We were also introduced to two of their great teachers, Crystal and Colin... unfortunately due to our move to south bay, we could continue the private lessons with them. But I must say this school of lots of talented teachers who care a lot on young age students. When finding teachers for young students, it is most important to find someone who is skillful in piano but also know how to teach, and Amanda and the teachers there are the expert on doing this.
Now after two years, my daughter Sarah has grown into a little pianist, winning multiple prizes in competitions and piano festivals (USOMC, Artcial ... ), and I feel very thankful that we came to this school as the starting point!
