1. What is the right age to start music lessons?
Age has no limit!
Every student is unique. Please schedule a consultation with us so we can determine the best program and assess if the student is ready to begin lessons.

2. Do students need to have their own instrument at home?
Yes, please. Having an instrument to practice on at home is essential for progress. For beginners, we’re happy to give recommendations for affordable options, rentals, or trusted local shops.

3. How can I sign up for lessons?
We invite you to book a free consultation session to meet the owners of Da Capo Music School. This is a wonderful opportunity to ask questions, explore our programs, and learn how we tailor lessons to each student’s unique needs. Whether the student is just starting or looking to advance their skills, we’ll help guide them to the best path for their musical journey.

5. Are there recitals? Are there any qualifications?
Yes! At Da Capo Music School, students have many opportunities to showcase their skills. We host recitals, workshops, and other performance events throughout the year. We host recitals throughout the year to give students a chance to perform and share their progress. There are no formal qualifications required - every student is encouraged to participate, regardless of age or level. Our goal is to create a supportive and fun environment where students can build confidence and enjoy making music in front of an audience.
Many students also have the chance to perform duets with their teachers or collaborate with peers, which makes the experience even more fun and rewarding. You can check out some of these moments in our gallery.
